Hosting an Art Show is Fun and Simple

Your Artful Décor Art Consultant will guide you every step of the way.

Set a date and time that is convenient for you. (You'll never find a time that is good for everybody, so make it good for you.) Most Art Shows take about 3 hours from start to finish.

Invite. Your Art Consultant will provide a Hostess Brochure to help organize your show. Realize that about one third of those you invite will be able to attend. So inviting 24 will usually result in 8-10 guests which is a great turnout.

Make sure everyone knows that the show is fun and relaxed. Invite by telephone or in person for the best attendance.

Preferences in art are very personal. Ask each confirmed guest for art requests. Do they like modern or traditional art? Do they prefer florals, abstracts, landscapes, or portraits? Any favorite colors?

Later, send postcard invitations, provided by your Art Consultant, to remind your confirmed guests of the date and time as the show gets closer
